Detailed Steps

  1. 1. Log into your account and go to “Order History”
  2. 2. Find your order and click “Return Item” next to the product
  3. 3. Select reason for return and provide any additional details
  4. 4. Print the prepaid return label we provide
  5. 5. Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories
  6. 6. Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location
Refund Information

Processing Times

Return received to processing:1-2 business days
Credit card refunds:3-5 business days
PayPal refunds:1-2 business days
Bank transfer refunds:5-7 business days

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or specification. To exchange an item:
